We had a family visit at Hilton Garden Inn Mt. Juliet. Big windows in the room gave a nice view, but the blinds were broken, making it tough for our little one to sleep when the sun came out. Maintenance told us none were available for days, which wasn't helpful. We also noticed that the restaurant was closed during our stay, adding to our inconvenience. Breakfast options were limited, yet the staff member was friendly and made an effort to help us get something suitable. Check-in took longer than expected due to a computer issue, but I appreciated the location and how pleasant some employees were. Although we faced some challenges, I did enjoy chatting with the staff who were trying to make the best out of a difficult situation.
